Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Arc Vitals LLC when you play Trivvy. Read it once — it’s short.
★ Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Arc Vitals LLC (“we”, “us”), the publisher of Trivvy. By downloading, installing or playing Trivvy, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1 Use of the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Trivvy on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute, or sublicense the app. You may not access the app via automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers).
2 Accounts
To save progress across devices and appear on leaderboards, you’ll need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate sign-in information.
- Keep your credentials confidential.
- Be responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
Each person may hold one Trivvy account. Multiple accounts created to inflate leaderboard standings may be removed.
3 Gameplay content
All questions, maps, geography content, illustrations, avatar art, music, code and copy in Trivvy are owned by Arc Vitals LLC or licensed to us. You can play with them — you cannot copy, redistribute, or use them outside the app without written permission.
User-generated content is limited to your display name. Display names must follow the rules in §6. Prohibited behavior.
4 Leaderboards & fair play
Trivvy’s leaderboards depend on everyone playing fairly. You agree not to:
- Use bots, automation, or any tool that submits answers for you.
- Exploit bugs, race conditions, or unintended scoring behavior.
- Coordinate with other accounts to artificially inflate scores.
- Share or sell account access.
5 Purchases & cosmetics
If we offer cosmetic items (avatars, outfits, themes), purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s billing terms. Items are cosmetic only — they do not affect scoring, accuracy, or gameplay outcomes.
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by Arc Vitals LLC. We can re-grant items lost due to a verified technical bug.
6 Prohibited behavior
Don’t use Trivvy to do anything illegal or anything that harms other players. Specifically, don’t:
- Use display names that are hateful, harassing, sexual, or impersonate another person.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the app or our servers.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our questions, geography data, or avatar art.
- Use Trivvy to spam, phish, or distribute malware.
- Violate any applicable law.
7 Term & termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use Trivvy. You can stop at any time by deleting your account (see how →) and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
8 Disclaimers
Trivvy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don’t promise Trivvy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every question is factually perfect — we do our best, and we fix things you report.
9 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arc Vitals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of Trivvy.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Arc Vitals LLC for Trivvy in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
